Hiring & Billing Agreements
- Assignments are scheduled on a monthly basis, as explicitly stated in the physical service agreement.
- Clients must treat all caregivers, nurses, and domestic helpers with respect and dignity.
- We guarantee staff replacement support within 24-48 hours upon receiving valid service concerns.
- Direct side-hiring or employment of Yash-introduced staff without official consent is strictly prohibited.
Service Termination & Clearance
Either party may request contract cancellation by providing a 15-day prior written notification. All outstanding payroll invoices and service fees must be cleared in full prior to the release of the caregiver. YASH Facilities retains the authority to withdraw staffing services instantly in circumstances where employee security is compromised.
